Affymetrix - www.affymetrix.com
Iconix formed an alliance with Affymetrix Inc. in February 2006 to develop solutions to aid in the study of the toxicological and pharmacological properties of drugs and drug candidates. The alliance will aim to significantly accelerate the drug development process by combining Affymetrix's GeneChip® microarray technology with Iconix's DrugMatrix® 640 compound reference database and analysis software. Together, Affymetrix's GeneChip expression arrays and Iconix's analysis methods will provide detailed information on a drug candidate's toxicological liabilities and pharmacological properties. Using such tools, researchers will be able to quickly compare gene expression profiles to the Iconix's Drug Signatures® library to help predict the impact that gene expression changes may have on biological pathways critical to the body's toxic response to drugs. This information will help scientists to better prioritize candidates and make preclinical development decisions faster than ever before.

Amersham - www.amershambiosciences.com
Iconix formed an alliance with Amersham BioSciences in 2002, following Amersham’s acquisition of Motorola Life Science's pre-arrayed slides business. The alliance focuses on Iconix’s use of Amersham’s Codelink™ expression array technology in the development of DrugMatrix®. Amersham supplies Iconix with its proprietary Codelink arrays for the performance of DrugMatrix expression profiling studies. Iconix has also performed technology optimization functions and served as a life sciences applications environment for the development of Amersham’s Codelink platform.

MDL Information Systems - www.mdli.com
Iconix Biosciences, Inc. and MDL Information Systems, Inc. announced an agreement for Iconix to link DrugMatrix® with MDL® ISIS Enterprise Edition. By pairing MDL ISIS and DrugMatrix, chemists with subscriptions to both can now gain access to the genomic, chemical, toxicology, and pharmacology information in Iconix’s database by using all the ISIS structure searching tools. This includes the capability to search by a chemical structure, sub-structure, or structure similarity.

Ricerca Biosciences - www.ricerca.com
Iconix formed an alliance with Ricerca Biosciences in December, 2001, focusing on the development of Iconix’s DrugMatrix® informatics system. Iconix received exclusive rights to use Ricerca’s industry-leading pharmacological bioassay profiling technology in the development of DrugMatrix, and Ricerca has become a full participant in the advancement of this product.

Spotfire - www.spotfire.com
Iconix has formed an alliance with Spotfire which integrates Spotfire DecisionSite for Functional Genomics with Iconix’s DrugMatrix® Customers of DrugMatrix and Spotfire’s DecisionSite for Functional Genomics will be able to seamlessly work with chemogenomic data using both platforms, as well as apply customized analytical tools developed for the DrugMatrix product.

Rosetta Biosoftware - www.rosettabio.com
Rosetta Biosoftware and Iconix Biosciences, Inc. are collaborating to establish interoperability between Rosetta Biosoftware's Resolver® system and Iconix Pharmaceutical's DrugMatrix® Informatics system. Researchers will be able to analyze and manage DrugMatrix data, their own data, and data from other sources using the Rosetta Resolver system.
