DrugMatrix Platform Alliances provide a comprehensive, site-wide license to DrugMatrix data, Drug Signatures and the DrugMatrix IXIS software suite. Through a DrugMatrix Platform Alliance, DrugMatrix is installed and maintained at the customer site, providing ultimate flexibility. Platform Alliance customers apply Iconix data and technologies throughout their drug discovery pipeline, using Iconix as well as their own proprietary information and tools. In addition to querying and mining the DrugMatrix data content, customers can upload their proprietary data into the DrugMatrix IXIS system and create a customer-specific version for their internal use.

DrugMatrix Platform Alliances also feature large-scale Research Collaborations and customized services, where Iconix scientists work closely and collaboratively with the Alliance partner to build out specific domains of interest, or jointly collaborate in other areas of research. This level of collaboration often focuses on helping the client to understand the mechanisms of toxicology of specific compounds or compound classes and apply this information to respond to potential safety liabilities. In Research Collaborations, Iconix scientists participate as equal partners, often studying in detail a large class of compounds or specific toxicological events. The deliverable is often a highly detailed report including study and literature research that includes conclusions, supporting data and hypotheses for the client to develop in order to understand potential liabilities of compounds and backups.
