This data is accessible within DrugMatrix in reports, tables,
and histograms. The data
includes:
- Blood chemistry
assays
- SMA-20 blood
assay for later time points
- Blood hematocrit
and differential white cell for all animals
Histopathology
Data In vivo histopathology
data is available for tissues used in expression arrays
experiments.
The data are based on three sections per tissue and are presented
as a report, including tables and charts, and digitized
images
of sections.
All clinical chemistry, blood cell content and pathology results
use GLP/GMP methods and Amercian Society of Toxicology standard
procedures. The image on this page is an example of a digitized
image of a rat liver section.
