Summary and Compound Screening Reports are structured to provide a rapid overview of a compound's properties, enable compound prioritization and provide early identification of potential compound liabilities. The analyses include application of Drug Signature technology using the Iconix Drug Signature Library in order to predict toxicities, gain understanding of mechanism of action and provide insight into on- and off-target effects revealed by gene expression profiling. These analyses include pathway impact and gene ontology. 5-10 days of a Ph.D. toxicologist's time is invested in preparing a Summary and Compound Screening Report and developing recommendations. Iconix will deliver a summary analysis for each compound and a rank-ordering for a series of compounds analyzed together.
